"This product works. . . . after 5 years of tail rubbing to the point of "no hair" I started Bio Mane this spring and tail hair is growing out. . . . It’s not magic, but does work.

"I’ve noticed several changes with my horse. First I noticed that her coat (palomino) got lighter. I feel that her mane is longer and her tail is a little fuller. I haven’t seen any drastic changes, but it is working. I attached two pictures. The one in the red shirt is today."

Great Product But No Customer Service

"The pellets are great, but the inability to get anyone to respond to my email, text, and FB Messenger messages regarding my subscription or to be able to manage my subscription from the site was very frustrating. I finally received an email regarding my upcoming subscription order and that is the only place that offered access to manage my subscription. But, when I tried to change my subscription, the shipping calculations did not seem correct. The shipping cost remained at $108 regardless of how many bags I put in my cart. I finally got frustrated and cancelled my subscription. If the shipping costs were correct, then the shipping costs would be another reason for cancellation. Great product, but poor customer service and technical limitations forced me to stop using it."

"I love the product but it is charge $48 for shipping and the box came ripped and very tight together just like the last order and I was missing one back but I contacted biomane and they got straight Bach to me and apologized & resent the bag, the products are amazing I will continue to but in bulk well worth it"

"I've had a great experience with BioMane Equine Pellets for Ace. He eats them without any fuss, and I've noticed his coat looks shinier, and his overall condition has improved since we started using them.
